Ethos is dedicated to identifying and facilitating green building and/or conservation opportunities that preserve the environment.

Ultimately, our investors will choose between income maximization through land acquisition and green development or conservation options that include the use of permanent land easements. With our multi-faceted approach, we help our investors contribute to a sustainable future.

In addition, we look for opportunities within every project to fulfill our vision of charitable giving. If an option to support a worthy charity exists, whether through land donation, land use or other contribution, this may also become part of an overall plan for a property.
